Das Rathaus des Stadtteils Bilbao, Spanien, befindet sich am rechten Ufer des Estuars von Bilbao gegenüber der Klappbrücke Puente del Ayuntamiento, die es mit dem zentralen Stadtteil Abando verbindet.
Das Gebäude wurde 1892 von Joaquín Rucoba erbaut, am ehemaligen Standort eines Klosters im Stadtteil Uribarri. Es wurde im Barockstil erbaut. Eines der Highlights des Gebäudes ist der Arabische Saal, ein reich dekorierter Saal im neo-mudéjarischen Stil, der den Dekorationen in der Alhambra von Granada ähnelt. Der Saal wird für offizielle Empfänge und Hochzeiten genutzt.
