Lezama ist die Jugendakademie des Fußballvereins Athletic Club de Bilbao. Der Name leitet sich davon ab, dass sie sich in der Stadt Lezama, teil der spanischen Provinz Bizkaia, befindet. Da der Athletic Club nur auf selbst oder bei anderen Vereinen innerhalb des Baskenlandes ausgebildete Spieler setzt, nimmt die Jugendarbeit für den Verein folglich einen sehr hohen Stellenwert ein.
