Le Complexe de Lezema est une installation sportive située à Lezama. Il a été achevé en 1971 et sert de complexe d'entraînement pour l'Athletic Bilbao et de foyer pour le Bilbao Athletic, la formation de jeunes de l'Athletic Bilbao, les équipes féminines de l'Athletic Club Femenino et pendant la saison 2021-2022 pour le SD Amorebieta qui a alors participé à la Segunda División A.
