Der Forat de Bulí ist ein enges Tal des Flusses Rialb in den westlichsten Kalksteinregionen des Aubenz-Gebirges, im Gebiet von Gavarra, in der Gemeinde Coll de Nargó und Sant Martí de Rialb, einem Gebiet im äußersten Norden der Baronia de Rialb.
Es handelt sich um vier sehr enge und tiefe Rinnen, deren Höhenunterschied an einigen Stellen über zweihundert Meter beträgt. Tatsächlich dringt das Wasser des Flusses an der Stelle der Cots ein und taucht erst am Forat oder der Quelle von Bulí, die in der rauesten Zone der Schlucht liegt, wieder auf und führt zu diesem bemerkenswerten valclusianischen Quellaustritt. Schließlich mündet der Fluss in einen Tunnel, der etwa 100 Meter lang ist und in den Felsen geöffnet wurde.
