Die Kartause Nuestra Señora de Aniago war ein spanisches katholisches Kloster, das 1441 von den Kartäusermönchen unter der Schirmherrschaft und dem Patronat der Königin María von Aragón, der Ehefrau von Johann II., gegründet wurde. Es wurde an einem Ort namens Aniago in der Provinz Valladolid erbaut. Zu Beginn des 14. Jahrhunderts war es ein kleines Dorf mit einem weitläufigen Gebiet, das zu Valladolid gehörte, dem Gerichtsbezirk von Medina del Campo und der Gerichtsbarkeit von Villanueva de Duero. Das Kloster überdauerte die Jahrhunderte bis zu seiner Aufhebung im Jahr 1836 aufgrund der verschiedenen Enteignungen und Exklaustrationen des 19. Jahrhunderts.
