Der Schwarze See oder Stausee ist ein See, der sich am Kopf des Peguera-Tals innerhalb der Gemeinde Espot im Nationalpark Aiguas Tortas und Lago de San Mauricio befindet. Der See, der glazialen Ursprungs ist, liegt auf einer Höhe von 2337 Metern. Er ist gestaut, mit einem Gesamtstauvolumen von 11,90 Hektometern und einem nutzbaren Volumen von 6,60 Hektometern. Mit 70 Metern ist er der tiefste im Park und seine Fläche umfasst 31,40 Hektar.[1]
