Montech ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 6589 Einwohnern an der Garonne im Département Tarn-et-Garonne in der Region Okzitanien. Sie ist Hauptort des gleichnamigen Kantons im Arrondissement Montauban. Der Ort liegt an der Nationalstraße RD 928 und der Autoroute des Deux Mers .Montech kann seit den 1960er-Jahren einen steten Bevölkerungszuwachs verzeichnen. Seit 1962 ist die Einwohnerzahl um 29,3 % angestiegen.
