Sissy ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 477 Einwohnern im Département Aisne in der Region Hauts-de-France. Sie gehört zum Arrondissement Saint-Quentin, zum Kanton Ribemont und zum Gemeindeverband Val de l’Oise.
Die Gemeinde liegt an der Departementsstraße 12 rund zwölf Kilometer südöstlich von Saint-Quentin entfernt. Mehrere Arme der Oise sowie der Sambre-Oise-Kanal durchqueren das Dorf. Umgeben wird Sissy von den Nachbargemeinden Regny im Nordwesten, Thenelles im Nordosten, dem Kantonshauptort Ribemont im Osten und Südosten, Châtillon-sur-Oise und Mézières-sur-Oise im Südwesten sowie den im Kanton Saint-Quentin-3 gelegenen Gemeinden Neuville-Saint-Amand im Westen und Mesnil-Saint-Laurent im Nordwesten.
