Saint-André-de-Cubzac ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 12.372 Einwohnern im Département Gironde in der Region Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Die Stadt gehört zum Arrondissement Blaye und ist der Hauptort des Kantons Le Nord-Gironde . Die Einwohner werden Cubzaguais genannt.Saint-André-de-Cubzac liegt etwa 20 Kilometer nordnordöstlich von Bordeaux am Ostufer der Dordogne. Umgeben wird Saint-André-de-Cubzac von den Nachbargemeinden Virsac im Norden, Val de Virvée im Norden und Nordosten, La Lande-de-Fronsac im Osten, Saint-Romain-la-Virvée im Südosten, Cubzac-les-Ponts im Süden, Saint-Vincent-de-Paul im Westen sowie Saint-Gervais im Nordwesten. Die Départementstraße D1010 führt ebenso durch das Gemeindegebiet wie die Autoroute A10 und die frühere Route nationale 670 . Der Bahnhof der Gemeinde liegt an der Bahnstrecke Chartres–Bordeaux.
