Saint-Blancard ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 335 Einwohnern im Département Gers in der Region Okzitanien ; sie gehört zum Arrondissement Mirande und zum Gemeindeverband Val de Gers. Die Bewohner nennen sich Saint-Blancardais/Saint-Blancardaises.Saint-Blancard liegt rund 27 Kilometer südöstlich von Mirande und 34 Kilometer südsüdöstlich von Auch ganz im Süden des Départements Gers an der Grenze zum Département Haute-Garonne. Die Gemeinde besteht aus Weilern, zahlreichen Streusiedlungen und Einzelgehöften. Im Osten hat die Gemeinde Anteil am Lac de la Gimone. Die Gimone bildet die östliche Gemeindegrenze.
