Hostiaz, früher Hostias geschrieben, ist eine ehemalige französische Gemeinde und heutige Commune déléguée mit 86 Einwohnern im Département Ain in der Region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Sie gehörte zum Kanton Hauteville-Lompnes und zum Arrondissement Belley. Sie wurde durch ein Dekret vom 12. Dezember 2018 und mit Wirkung vom 1. Januar 2019 mit Cormaranche-en-Bugey, Hauteville-Lompnes und Thézillieu zur Commune nouvelle Plateau d’Hauteville fusioniert.
