Eguisheim ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 1721 Einwohnern im Département Haut-Rhin in der Region Grand Est . Sie gehört zum Arrondissement Colmar-Ribeauvillé und zum Kanton Wintzenheim. Das Dorf ist als eines der Plus beaux villages de France klassifiziert.
Die Gemeinde Eguisheim liegt an der Elsässer Weinstraße , wenige Kilometer südwestlich von Colmar. Der Ort liegt unterhalb eines von drei Burgruinen gekrönten Berges. Diese Burgengruppe ist bekannt als die Drei Exen . Das Gemeindegebiet ist Teil des Regionalen Naturparks Ballons des Vosges.
