Civaux ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 1209 Einwohnern im Südosten des Départements Vienne in der Region Nouvelle-Aquitaine, etwa 30 Kilometer südöstlich von Poitiers und 15 Kilometer südlich von Chauvigny, unmittelbar am Ufer der Vienne. Bekannt ist Civaux besonders für seine ehemals ausgedehnte merowingische Nekropole, seine frühromanische Pfarrkirche mit ihrem Vorgänger, einem gallo-römischen Sanktuarium und das in den 1990er Jahren errichtete Kernkraftwerk Civaux.
