Umgeben wird Saint-Georges-de-Longuepierre von den Nachbargemeinden Dampierre-sur-Boutonne im Norden, Aulnay im Osten, Nuaillé-sur-Boutonne im Süden, Saint-Pierre-de-l’Isle im Südwesten sowie Blanzay-sur-Boutonne im Westen.
