Umgeben wird Cohons von den Nachbargemeinden Saints-Geosmes im Norden, Balesmes-sur-Marne im Norden und Nordosten, Noidant-Chatenoy im Osten, Villegusien-le-Lac im Süden und Südosten, Longeau-Percey im Süden und Südwesten sowie Bourg im Westen.
