Der Bahnhof liegt an der Linie 278 000. Früher verlief hier auch die Eisenbahnlinie Somain - Halluin.
Täglich fahren einige TGVs nach Paris-Nord. Diese Dienste werden meist mit Eurostar NOL betrieben. Die Triebzüge waren ursprünglich gedacht, um Dienste zu Zielen jenseits von London zu fahren, aber da diese Pläne schnell aufgegeben wurden, wurde die 750V-Drittgleis-Stütze entfernt und das Logo an TGV angepasst, um auf innerstaatlichen Diensten eingesetzt zu werden. Sie werden fast ausschließlich auf der Linie Paris-Lille eingesetzt. Sie können auch eingesetzt werden, wenn ein TGV-Zug ausfällt, aber das ist bisher fast nie vorgekommen.
