Dank ihrer beruflichen Laufbahn lernte Estelle die Haute-Vienne und die bemerkenswerte Kulturerbestätte Saint Léonard de Noblat kennen. Sie ließ sich dort mit ihrer Familie nieder und nach und nach entstanden neue Projekte. Sie war sehr aktiv und eröffnete zunächst eine Ferienwohnung, dann kaufte sie ein Stadthaus im Herzen der Stadt.
