Die Bahnstrecke Culoz–Modane, auch Maurienne-Strecke genannt, weil sie durch die Maurienne führt, ist eine zweigleisige Eisenbahnstrecke in der Region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes von Frankreich. Sie verbindet Culoz an der Bahnstrecke Lyon–Genève mit dem französischen Grenzort Modane Richtung Italien. Die Strecke ist die westliche Zufahrt zum Mont-Cenis-Tunnel und wird auf der italienischen Seite durch die Bahnstrecke Modane–Turin fortgesetzt, womit sie als Teil der Mont-Cenis-Bahn eine Hauptverkehrsverbindung im internationalen Reise- und Güterverkehr zwischen Frankreich und Italien ist.
Im Jahre 1815 beschloss der Wiener Kongress die Rückgabe des seit 1792 von Frankreich annektierten Herzogtums Savoyen an das Königreich Sardinien.
