La línea de ferrocarril Culoz–Modane, también conocida como la línea de Maurienne, porque atraviesa la Maurienne, es una línea de ferrocarril de doble vía en la región de Auvergne-Ródano-Alpes en Francia. Conecta Culoz con la línea de ferrocarril Lyon–Ginebra y con el punto fronterizo francés de Modane hacia Italia. La línea es el acceso occidental al túnel de Mont-Cenis y se continúa del lado italiano a través de la línea de ferrocarril Modane–Turín, formando así una importante conexión de transporte en el tráfico internacional de pasajeros y mercancías entre Francia e Italia como parte de la línea de ferrocarril Mont-Cenis.
En 1815, el Congreso de Viena decidió la devolución del ducado de Saboya, que había sido anexionado por Francia desde 1792, al Reino de Cerdeña.
