Das Kloster der Récollets aus dem 13. Jahrhundert, das durch seine schlichte Eleganz besticht, ist eine kleine Oase der Ruhe im Herzen der Stadt. Jean-Marie Pelt gründete hier 1972 das Europäische Institut für Ökologie, dessen Sitz sich noch immer an diesem Ort befindet.
In den Récollets finden sich heute Vereinigungen und Institutionen zusammen, die gemeinsam an den Herausforderungen der nachhaltigen Entwicklung, des Kampfes gegen den Klimawandel und des energetischen, ökologischen und solidarischen Übergangs arbeiten. Das Stadtarchiv befindet sich ebenfalls an diesem Standort.
