Die Mediathek befindet sich in der Nähe der Animationszentren, etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums von Lescar.
Die Einrichtung bietet mehr als 24.000 Werke (Bücher und Zeitschriften) zur freien Verfügung für jedes Publikum. Sie verfügt über einen Bestand zum Thema Zirkus und einen umfangreichen lokalen und regionalen Bestand. Sie organisiert regelmäßig Veranstaltungen mit Märchenerzählern, Gedichtwettbewerbe, Leserpreise... Das ganze Jahr über bieten die Mediatheken im Großraum Pau Märchen für Kinder, Ausstellungen, technische Workshops für Kinder und Kino!
