Die gemeindeübergreifende Mediathek in Phalsbourg ist Teil des öffentlichen Lesenetzes des Pays de Phalsbourg.
Ziel des Lesenetzes ist es, an der Umsetzung der Kulturpolitik der Communauté de Communes du pays de Phalsbourg mitzuwirken und einen bürgernahen Leseservice auf dem gesamten Gebiet der Communauté de Communes zu entwickeln.
Die Mediathek bietet Romane, Dokumentarfilme, Lesebücher, Alben, Comics, Zeitschriften, Biografien, aber auch CDs, DVDs, Videos und Musiknoten.
Ein spezieller Bereich ist der Betreuung von Kindern und Schulklassen gewidmet.
