Die Kirche Sainte Marie liegt inmitten des Habsterdick-Viertels und ist ein Zeugnis der modernen Kunst. Ihre kreisförmige Form, ihr schlichter Innenraum und das Spiel des Lichts, das durch die beiden Gürtel aus Glasfenstern eingebracht wird, laden die versammelten Gläubigen zu Annäherung und Andacht ein.
Die heutige Kirche stammt aus dem Jahr 1963 und ersetzte eine Kapelle, die aufgrund des Bevölkerungswachstums in der Nachkriegszeit zu klein geworden war, um die Gläubigen aufzunehmen.
