Das prestigeträchtigste Denkmal, das das 18. Jahrhundert hinterlassen hat! Das Hotel wurde vom Grafen de Saintignon erbaut und beherbergt die Stadtbibliothek. Ursprünglich bestand es aus zwei Flügeln auf der Gartenseite. Die Fenster sind mit Klammern in Form von asymmetrischen Muscheln verziert. Der Eingang wird von einer Klammer überragt, die ein Medaillon im Rocaillestil darstellt. Zwei Löwen überragen die Fußgängertüren.Das Portal wird von einem Gitter von Sandor Kiss verschlossen. Im Hof befindet sich ein Brunnen im Rokokostil. Dieses Gebäude ist einer der Punkte auf dem historischen Stadtrundgang, der beim Fremdenverkehrsamt erhältlich ist.
