El monumento más prestigioso que dejó el siglo XVIII Construido por el Conde de Saintignon, este hotel alberga la biblioteca municipal. Originalmente, tenía dos alas en el lado del jardín. Las ventanas están decoradas con cierres asimétricos en forma de concha. La entrada está coronada por un broche que representa un medallón de estilo rocaille. Dos leones se sitúan sobre las puertas peatonales, y la puerta se cierra con una verja de Sandor Kiss. En el patio hay una fuente de estilo rocaille. Este edificio es uno de los puntos del recorrido histórico de la ciudad, que se puede consultar en la Oficina de Turismo.
