Das Dorf Saint-Quirin ist ein außergewöhnlicher Ort, an dem 75 klassifizierte oder eingetragene Gebäude und Konstruktionen zusammengefasst sind. Neben zivilen Bauten wie Bauernhöfen und Häusern (größtenteils 18.-19. Jh.) gibt es in Saint-Quirin zahlreiche Kapellen und religiöse Bauwerke (Priorat, Kirche, Wegkreuze, Friedhofskreuze, Grabmäler, ...), die durchaus bemerkenswert sind. Eine beeindruckende gallo-römische Ausgrabungsstätte im Wald ist über einen markierten Pfad erreichbar. Saint-Quirin ist eine von zwei Gemeinden in Lothringen, die das Label "Plus Beaux Villages de France" (Schönste Dörfer Frankreichs) besitzen.
