Het dorp Saint-Quirin is een uitzonderlijke site met 75 geklasseerde of geregistreerde gebouwen en constructies. Naast de burgerlijke gebouwen, zoals boerderijen en huizen (meestal 18e-19e eeuw), zijn er in Saint-Quirin veel kapellen en religieuze monumenten (priorij, kerk, wegkruisen, kerkhofkruisen, graven, enz.) die heel opmerkelijk zijn. Een indrukwekkende Gallo-Romeinse archeologische site in het bos is toegankelijk via een gemarkeerd pad. Saint-Quirin is een van de twee dorpen in Lotharingen die het label "Mooiste dorpen van Frankrijk" hebben gekregen.
