Ein frei zugänglicher Beobachtungspunkt wurde am Rande von landwirtschaftlichen Feldern eingerichtet, um diese "grauen Damen" während der Überwinterungszeit von 10 Uhr bis ca. 16 Uhr zu beobachten. Eine Palisade aus Branden ermöglicht es, sie diskret mit dem Fernglas zu beobachten, ohne sie zu stören. Um dorthin zu gelangen, begeben Sie sich vor die Dorfschänke (eine angenehme Mittagspause vor oder nach der Kranichbeobachtung) und folgen Sie dem markierten Kranich-Rundweg mit einer Holzmarkierung entlang der Wege, um den Beobachtungsort zu erreichen.
Der Rückweg verläuft zum Teil auf demselben Weg und die Schleife endet im Dorf Cazalis
Der Zugang mit Fahrzeugen ist verboten.
