Col du Wettstein, entlang der Seite des Slucht, beginnt eigentlich am Col de Slucht nach etwa 4 Kilometern Aufstieg und ein paar Kilometer hinter Soultzeren.
Der Col ist von dieser Abfahrt kaum 5 km lang mit einem zu überwindenden Höhenunterschied von noch 292 Metern. Dennoch gut für im Durchschnitt knapp 6 %.
Sehr angenehme Auffahrt über ruhige Straßen mit wechselnden weiten Ausblicken und Passagen durch den Wald.
