Granges-Aumontzey ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 2.613 Einwohnern im Département Vosges der Region Grand Est . Sie gehört zum Arrondissement Saint-Dié-des-Vosges und zum 2022 gegründeten Gemeindeverband Gérardmer Hautes Vosges.
Die Gemeinde entstand mit Wirkung vom 1. Januar 2016 durch Fusion der ehemaligen Gemeinden Granges-sur-Vologne und Aumontzey zu einer Commune nouvelle.
