Im Jahr 2019, anlässlich des 75. Jahrestages der Befreiung in Josselin, wurde ein Denkmal in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Souvenir Military Centre Bretagne und dem Gedächtnisausschuss des Pays de Josselin errichtet. Patrick Le Diffon, Bürgermeister von Ploërmel, und Joseph Séveno, Bürgermeister von Josselin, eröffneten diese Straßenmarkierung zur Befreiung zusammen mit John Shirley Wood, dem Enkel des Generals Wood, Kommandeur der IV. US-Panzerdivision.
Dieser Stein gehört nicht zur „Voie de la Liberté“, der markierten Route von Ste. Mere Eglise nahe Utah Beach bis nach Bastogne in den belgischen Ardennen.
