Das Studio wurde neu renoviert. Es verfügt über eine kleine möblierte Terrasse.
Der Eingang der Residenz ist mit einem Digicode gesichert. Es besteht die Möglichkeit eines Shuttle-Busses für Kurgäste. Die Residenz verfügt über einen kostenlosen Parkplatz und einen Waschsalon.
