El estudio ha sido completamente reformado. Dispone de una pequeña terraza.
La entrada a la residencia está asegurada por un digicode. Hay un servicio de transporte disponible para los huéspedes del spa. La residencia dispone de aparcamiento gratuito y lavandería.
