Der Verein Les Sheds, der sich in einer sanierten Industriebrache niedergelassen hat, betreibt einen innovativen Ort mit mehreren Dienstleistungen rund um ein Café-Theater-Restaurant, einen Lebensmittelladen, einen Bauernmarkt, einen Lehrgemüsegarten und zahlreiche kulturelle Veranstaltungen und Umweltbildungsmaßnahmen. Ein zukunftsorientiertes Projekt zur Erhaltung des Kulturerbes, das zeigen soll, dass man zu 100 % mit Produkten aus biologischem Anbau arbeiten kann, die überwiegend von lokalen Erzeugern stammen.
