La asociación Les Sheds, situada en un descampado industrial rehabilitado, gestiona un innovador centro multiservicios con un café-teatro-restaurante, una tienda de comestibles, un mercado agrícola, un huerto educativo y numerosos actos de sensibilización cultural y medioambiental. Un proyecto para salvaguardar nuestro patrimonio y mirar al futuro, que pretende demostrar que es posible trabajar al 100% con productos de cultivo ecológico, la mayoría de los cuales proceden de productores locales.
