Charmantes Haus für 6 Personen am Ufer der Dordogne, direkt am Wasser, mit idyllischer Aussicht und privatem Zugang zur Dordogne. Es liegt zwischen dem Chastang- und dem Sablier-Staudamm, wodurch die Dordogne zu einem sehr großen Gewässer wird. Der Zugang zum Haus erfolgt über einen kleinen Weg im Wald. Ruhe ist garantiert. Keine direkten Nachbarn. 4.000 m² Grundstück am Fluss entlang. Ein Steg mit Leiter steht zur Verfügung, um sich in der Dordogne zu erfrischen, sowie 2 Kajaks. Angler werden hier das Paradies finden. Angelruten stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
Außerhalb der Hochsaison und der Schulferien kann das Haus auch am Wochenende gemietet werden.
