Incantevole casa per 6 persone sulle rive della Dordogna, proprio sull'acqua, con vista idilliaca e accesso privato alla Dordogna. Si trova tra le dighe di Chastang e Sablier, che trasformano la Dordogna in un grande specchio d'acqua. L'accesso alla casa avviene attraverso un piccolo sentiero nel bosco. Pace e tranquillità garantite. Nessun vicino diretto. 4.000 m² di terreno delimitato dal fiume. A disposizione un pontone con scala per rinfrescarsi in Dordogna e 2 kayak. Un paradiso per i pescatori. Sono disponibili anche canne da pesca.
Al di fuori dell'alta stagione e delle vacanze scolastiche, sono disponibili affitti per il fine settimana.
