7 km von Domme, 12 km von Sarlat und 15 ha groß, bietet dieser See einen breiten, feinen Sandstrand mit beaufsichtigtem Baden (nachmittags). Für Familien gibt es einen Spielplatz, Ruderboote, Tretboote, einen Picknickplatz und alle notwendigen Einrichtungen wie Imbiss, Sanitäranlagen und Parkplätze. Für den Zugang wird ein Beitrag von 2 Euro pro Person erhoben (kostenlos für Kinder unter 7 Jahren).
Oberhalb der Wasserfläche befindet sich ein Naturschutzgebiet mit einem bemerkenswerten biologischen Erbe, das Sie auf einem speziell angelegten Weg entdecken können.
