Unsere Sorbets sind garantiert vollfruchtig: mindestens 45 % Fruchtanteil (22 % bei sauren Früchten), um bei jedem Bissen die ganze aromatische Intensität der Frucht wiederzufinden.
Der Südwesten ist von unserem Eis begeistert. 2018 wurde ein Lager in Gujan-Mestras (Bassin d'Arcachon) eröffnet, um das ganze Jahr über Lieferungen in die Departements Gironde, Landes und Pyrénées-Atlantiques zu gewährleisten.
