Die Villa Ignota, die zwischen 1895 und 1908 für den damaligen Bürgermeister Louis-Théodore DAVID erbaut wurde, liegt ideal im Louis-David-Garten und weist die typischen Merkmale der Bäderarchitektur des späten 19. und frühen 20. Jahrhunderts. Es beherbergte einige der wichtigsten Persönlichkeiten der damaligen Zeit: Künstler, Schriftsteller und Politiker
Heute ist es ein Kulturzentrum, in dem von März bis Oktober zahlreiche Ausstellungen über Malerei und bildende Kunst stattfinden.
Es beherbergt auch ein kleines Stadtmuseum, in dem ein Teil der Überreste der gallo-römischen Ruinen, eine Sammlung alter Münzen, einige Stadtarchive und Manuskripte aufbewahrt werden.
Der Zugang ist frei und für alle offen.
