Die Domaine Départemental d'Ognoas erstreckt sich über 650 ha im Bas-Armagnac-Terroir. Der Begriff hors d'âge" hat hier seine volle Bedeutung.
Die Führung beginnt mit einem Blick auf die Landschaft, durch die der Fluss Midou fließt, auf dem früher die Gabarren für die Branntweine fuhren. Danach geht es weiter in den alten Weinkeller, wo der älteste Destillierapparat der Gascogne (1804) steht, der in das Register der historischen Monumente eingetragen ist. Hier wird alles getan, um Ihnen eine echte Begegnung mit dem Geist des Armagnac zu ermöglichen.
Am Ende des Besuchs lernen Sie, wie man Armagnac und Floc de Gascogne verkostet. In der Boutique können Sie sich mit XL40-Schokolade verwöhnen lassen ... !
