Das Ferienhaus ist ein vollständig restauriertes, unabhängiges (ohne vis-à-vis) Familienhaus aus dem frühen 17. Jahrhundert mit 70 m2 ebenerdig, aus Naturstein, Ostlage, mit Blick auf die Landschaft. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich zwischen dem Dorf Limeuil (4 km), das zu den "schönsten Dörfern Frankreichs" zählt, und der Stadt Le Bugue (4 km) mit allen Geschäften. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist perfekt für Erholung, Freizeitaktivitäten und Besichtigungen.
