Am Jakobsweg gelegene kleine Kapelle, die in den 80er Jahren vollständig restauriert wurde und in der Pilger und Besucher gerne eine Weile verweilen. Ganz in der Nähe der Kapelle befindet sich die Quelle von Saint-Jean, deren Wasser angeblich Rheuma heilen kann. Sie fließt in einer kleinen Höhle am unteren Ende einer Wiese unter einer Baumgruppe an der Grenze der Pfarreien Lascabanes und Escayrac. Die dem Heiligen Johannes gewidmete Verehrung wird noch heute in der Kapelle gefeiert.
