Situata sul cammino di Santiago de Compostela, questa piccola cappella è stata completamente restaurata negli anni '80 e i pellegrini e i visitatori amano fermarsi per un po'. Vicino alla cappella si trova la sorgente di Saint-Jean, le cui acque erano ritenute in grado di curare i reumatismi. Scorre in una piccola grotta, in fondo a un prato, sotto un gruppo di alberi, al confine tra le parrocchie di Lascabanes e Escayrac. Il culto dedicato a San Giovanni viene celebrato ancora oggi nella cappella.
