Saint-Juvin wurde zwischen 1615 und 1624 erbaut und ist eine echte kleine Festung: hohe und dicke Mauern, schmale Fenster, Ecktürme? Am Bau der Kirche waren Claude de Joyeuse (Graf von Grandpré), der Pfarrer Didier Mauclerc und die Einwohner von Saint-Juvin beteiligt. Die Kirche ist von April bis Oktober täglich geöffnet, von November bis März nur an den Wochenenden. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, nach vorheriger Anmeldung an einer kommentierten Besichtigung teilzunehmen.
