Die große Gîte befindet sich in direkter Nachbarschaft zu einer weiteren Gîte für 7 Personen (87G8256), einem ehemaligen Bauernhof mit eigenem Grundstück von 2000m2, die ebenfalls gemietet werden kann, um die Unterkunftskapazität auf 27 Personen zu erhöhen. Ideal für Familienfeiern, Geburtstage, Cousinaden, kleine Empfänge, Kunst- und Kulturpraktika, Basis für Firmenseminare, Basis für Radtouren "en marguerite".
