Jahrhundert erfolgte unter Berücksichtigung des Umweltschutzes und der Gesundheit der Bewohner (Kalkputz, natürliche Isolierung...).
Auf drei Hektar Land, von denen ein Hektar biologisch bewirtschaftet wird, und einem Obstgarten mit über 200 alten Obstbäumen werden Sie die Ruhe dieses Ortes und den 360°-Blick auf die Landschaft zwischen den beiden Meeren genießen.
Das Wohnhaus ist freistehend in Südlage und sehr hell.
