Es wurde renoviert und erweitert und verfügt über eine große Wohnküche mit Glastüren, die auf eine Terrasse und einen Garten führen.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei Doppelzimmer und ein Zimmer mit Dachschrägen.
Duschen und Toiletten sind im Erdgeschoss und im ersten Stock vorhanden.
