Il s’agit d’une ancienne maison de garde barrière de la voie ferrée entre Sedan et Verdun, qui n’est plus en usage aujourd’hui.
Il a été rénové et agrandi avec une grande cuisine/salon munie de portes-fenêtres qui donnent sur une terrasse et un jardin.
Deux chambres de deux personnes sont situées à l’étage, et une chambre mansardée.
Douches et toilettes sont disponibles au rez-de-chaussée et au premier étage.
