Die 8 Zimmer und 3 Suiten des Monastère de Saint-Mont Hôtel and Spa spiegeln auf raffinierte Weise die Quintessenz von Chic und Authentizität in diesem Gebäude wider, das im 11. Jahrhundert auf einem römischen Oppidum errichtet und komplett renoviert wurde.
Die geräumigen Zimmer sind alle von natürlichem Licht durchflutet und die meisten bieten einen Blick auf die Weinberge des Klosters und die Pyrenäen.
Das Kloster beherbergt auch ein Restaurant. "La Petite Table" verkörpert die Interpretation einer Küche, die auf Geschmack und Einfachheit setzt. Der Küchenchef Jean-Paul Tossens bietet ein gastronomisches Erlebnis auf der Grundlage der schönsten Produkte aus der Region und von anderswo, wobei er die großen Klassiker der französischen Tradition neu interpretiert.
